Start Date: [January 2026] Duration: 6 months For the Haircare Category EMEA is a pivotal role within the dynamic and entrepreneurial Aveda and Bumble and Bumble EMEA team. Focused on driving growth in both established and emerging markets, this position is dedicated to upholding and advancing the Aveda Mission of Care, with a particular passion for haircare and education. The successful candidate will report directly to the Education Director EMEA Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Beauty Business, or Communications Passion for haircare, wellness, and sustainable beauty Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic, innovative, and deeply passionate about retail education and the haircare sector. They are proactive, organised, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. As a conscientious team player, they enjoy meeting deadlines and are adept at working independently when required. Their curiosity about competitors and commitment to digital education will help keep Aveda and Bumble and Bumble at the forefront of the industry. Conclusion This position offers first-hand experience in luxury brand education and event strategy, exposure to Aveda's professional network and salon culture, mentorship from industry leaders in beauty education and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact brand moments Collaborate with Education teams across the EMEA region to support educators and maintain high-quality educational provision. Assist in coordinating salon training programs, workshops, and virtual education sessions Support the planning and execution of brand events, including product launches, influencer activations, and trade shows Manage event logistics: venue booking, catering, AV setup, travel coordination, and attendee communications Maintain and update education calendars, training materials, and digital assets Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, PR) and external partners (salon owners, educators, vendors) Track and report on event KPIs, feedback, and budget spend Assist with content creation for education platforms and social media Provide administrative support including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking. Assist the Education Director with hair trend creations through image sourcing and copywriting.
