- Defining and executing a strategic sales approach for SBS Digital Banking solutions in the Benelux market, in collaboration with the Sales Director. This includes both existing clients and new prospects.
- Building and nurturing a high-level network within the financial industry, enabling engagement at C-level.
- Identifying opportunities and key decision-making units (DMUs) within banks and financial institutions.
- Expanding your network through active participation in industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and proactive outreach.
- Initiating and developing sales cycles through a targeted and personalized approach.
- Leading the sales process internally and externally to ensure alignment between client needs and our solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners within the broader ecosystem.
- Contributing to team success by achieving your individual sales targets.
- Supporting marketing efforts by providing content for acquisition campaigns.
- You are passionate about sales, digital banking, and technology.
- You have a solid understanding of the financial industry, with 5–10 years of sales experience in this sector.
- You bring a proven track record in C-level sales engagements.
- Ideally, you have 3–5 years of experience selling core banking, payments, or digital solutions. Experience with SaaS sales is a strong plus.
- An established network within the Benelux banking and Fintech market is considered a valuable asset.
- You are experienced in negotiating complex software contracts, including SaaS deployments, implementation projects, maintenance & support, and training packages.
- You combine a strong drive for sales with the patience and persistence required for long sales cycles.
- You have a natural affinity for digital innovation and emerging trends shaping the future of banking.
- You are open to attending trade shows and industry conferences to expand your network and market insights.
- You possess strong reporting and presentation skills.
- You are a team player who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You are client-focused, adaptable, and open to change.

- Must be able to speak fluent Dutch & English. French is a plus.
