  • The candidate has the mission to support Project Manager on mid-size or complex Projects link to aircraft incremental development or improvement initiative (Business Improvement Project).
  • He/She might be engaged in the launch of new development project and therefore be involved into feasibility study activities to support Project Manager to prepare Top Management decision pack for Maturity Gate
  • The candidate is supporting the Project Manager during the critical development phase to ensure project deliverables are on time, on quality.
  • As part of a core multifunctional project team the candidate has to contribute to achieve the project objectives with the target of customers satisfaction.
  • The candidate will support the project manager to prepare deliverables in line with the ATR Product Development Process (MGs): support for the planification of the project, practice Project Management tool, participate to Risks & Opportunities management, participate to project change board, implement Obeya principle (Project Reporting: Status; Planning, KPI’s, Risks, Hot spots…)
  • The candidate will have to work with several ATR functions: engineering, industrialisation, Supply chain, Quality, finance…
  • He/She will contribute to detect waste and non-added value activities and to capitalise project lessons learnt. He might be involved in updating, creating new process to integrate improvement in Project Management.
  • He/She will be part of the Project Management community (Project Center Of Competence) participating to symposiums and contributing to working groups to reinforce Project Management practices within ATR
This apprenticeship is designed for you:
  • Engineering school or Master degree
  • You are at ease in network, contacts, and teamwork with different functions.
  • Enthousiasm, coordination, adaptatation skills
  • Communication skills and ability to plan.
  • English good level, French or Italian is a plus
