Your Role:The coordinator supports students throughout their program, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience by assisting with logistics, cultural integration, and student services. This role involves facilitating housing arrangements, student arrivals, orientation, excursions, activities, and administrative support in collaboration with the local team.Contract: CDD (fixed-term contract), 6 months – Maternity Leave CoverWhat You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing support and resources throughout their program experience.
  • Assist with student activities, arrivals, and guided tours to help students navigate their new environment.
  • Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events.
  • Manage administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications.
  • Support housing maintenance and assist with student accommodations in collaboration with the local team.
  • Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success.
  • Maintain records using Salesforce and contribute to improvement strategies.
  • Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support.

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Authorization to work in France.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students, particularly international students.
  • Ability to work with diverse identities.
  • Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local French culture, history, business practices, and academic environment.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. higher education system.
  • Experience in budget management and event planning is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
