Reconnue pour l’excellence de ses programmes en management, elle favorise l’engagement, l’ouverture internationale et l’accompagnement personnalisé des talents tout au long de leur parcours.The role of the MBA Head of Careers Development within the European Careers Centre (ECC – Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris and Turin) is to, define, plan, organize and implement all the actions aimed at facilitating personal growth & careers development of the MBA students as well as their integration into the labour market.The MBA Head of Careers Development is specifically required to: - • Design the careers development path of the MBA programme (while involving different stakeholders (academics, speakers, employers, Alumni, etc.) according to the vision and strategy shared and agreed with the Associate Dean and MBA Director. - • Ensure the execution of the career development path of the MBA students across campuses and their effective participation in the proposed activities together with the programme management and the local career development campus teams. - • Review and monitor the relevance of the actions with the feedback of the MBA students, the MBA students representatives and the programme management. - • Educate and coach students to help them achieve their career goals successfully: Advise and support students in the definition of their professional objective and job search (coaching them on job search competencies, job strategy, leveraging their network, applications, interviews, negotiation etc.), thus for their integration into the labour market at the end of their studies.Workplace and Reporting - • The MBA Head of Careers Development will be based on the Paris Campus, will report to the ESCP Careers & Talent Development Director and to the MBA Director. He/She will required to work closely with the MBA Head of Corporate Relations.Activities, Duties and Responsibilities in coordination with the MBA Head of Corporation Relations- 1. Design and implement the student careers development programme - • Collect the needs and expectations of MBA students in the search for internships and full-time positions. - • Be aware of trends of the employment market (by geographic regions, company needs etc.) in order to share this information with the students to optimize their job search strategies. - • Identify and implement the necessary actions in accordance with the needs and expectations of companies - • In collaboration with the Career Services and Corporate Relations teams, designs and delivers a Career development programme to MBA students: Personal development & industry-specific workshops, Round tables, Bootcamps, recruitment days, workshops, networking events, etc. - 2. Plan and organize the actions to be implemented - • Plan and mobilize the resources needed to deliver the activities planned across campuses - • Plan the Career Services activities calendar (Identify/set up dates and time slots) - • Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert to MBA students on their career searches. - • Advise, support and coach MBA students through the job search strategy process. - • Ensure a qualitative and quantitative participation of MBA students in the Career Services activities together with the campus teams (Monitoring the effective participation of MBA students in career activities and events). - • Collect and analyse feedback from MBA participants and companies to implement improvements when possible and relevant - 3. Monitor, in conjunction with the Alumni Association, student affairs and post studies affairs, the follow-up of recent graduates and their successful integration into working life - • Work very closely with the ESCP Alumni Association both to involve/engage them in the organized activities and events, and to monitor and follow-up on with recent graduates and their successful integration into the workplace/professional life. - • Contribute actively to the promotion of the MBA programme among companies and Alumni: remain in contact with MBA Alumni to grow the MBA Community, keep abreast of their career progression and invite them as both participants and speakers to the various organized events and activities (Networking, job opportunities, speakers for experience sharing, etc.).Actively contribute to increasing the visibility of the MBA programme among companies and recruitment firms
- • Higher education degree: Master’s, MSc, or MBA.
  • 10 years of international professional experience, ideally within executive recruitment firms or higher education institutions.
  • Proven expertise in job search strategies as well as the use of specific career management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability in both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multicultural, and international environments.
  • Strong autonomy, rigor, organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
