In 2024, Kering employed 47,000 people and generated revenue of €17.2 billion.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Tech Integration Omnichannel Expert to join our team.Your opportunityReporting to the Omnichannel Back Integration & Transversal Projects team and the Manager, you will contribute to the roadmap of a technology platform focused on OMS integration, associated systems, and the Group's Data strategy.You will be responsible for designing new features as a Design Authority, working closely with internal and external partners, business teams (Digital, Finance, Operations, etc.), and Tech teams (OMS, Payments, POS, Store Mobile Apps, Development, ERP, DevSecOps...).How you will contributeDesign a set of components related to omnichannel and data topics, ensuring consistency, tracking, and build support with delivery leads. Projects range from several dozen to several thousand man-days.Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.During the design phases :
- Design new features that modify interactions between systems.
- Identify configurations to be implemented in standard applications.
- Identify specific developments to be implemented in applications.
- Manage the data strategy for all components, including data ingestion and utilization.
- Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams.
- Lead one or more projects during the preliminary phases, working with various stakeholders: Digital, Retail, Client Service, Operations, logistics partners, application experts, enterprise architecture, DevSecOps...
- Act as Design Authority: make decisions, propose trade-offs, and report to the Manager.
- Advance the team’s expertise.
- Supervise and support both external and internal resources, depending on the context and organizational setup.
- Manage external staffing for the team.
- Provide cross-functional support to other experts as Design Authority across the full scope.
- Maintain the quality of technical documentation during the design phases.
- Contribute to documenting processes established with business and support teams.
- Assist in analyzing production incidents escalated to the build teams.
- Track and maintain the design planning, from scoping to detailed design.
- Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases.
- Follow up on build phases and realign build teams as needed.
- Project management skills: requirements gathering and analysis, workshop organization, planning follow-up, coordination.
- Experience presenting design work to business or technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites.
- Passion for technology, with a strong desire to acquire technical and functional skills.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Ability to adapt communication to technical or business audiences.
- Autonomous and comfortable working with remote teams.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience managing and supervising external resources.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
- Strong functional understanding of an OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni. Experience with PSP, ERP, or WMS systems is a plus.
- Mastery of interactions between OMS, Front, POS, Store Mobile App, ERP, and other systems in a cutting-edge e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency with technical tools enabling these integrations (Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, S3…), their monitoring (Kibana, Athena…), and implementation (Postman…).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of protocols: Kafka, SFTP, REST, SOAP, S3.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Good understanding of monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana.
- General development knowledge.
- Proficiency in Italian is a strong asset, as many stakeholders are based in Milan and Florence.
