- Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries
- Conduct market surveys to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales pipeline and grow market share according to Wallester strategy
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive new business
- Engage with decision-makers and present tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Develop customized sales proposals and close deals to meet Wallester sales objectives
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and close on both product
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business development activitiesCollaboration and Teamwork
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure clientneeds are met and solutions are delivered effectively
- Provide feedback to the product team to help drive product enhancements and market positioning
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and collateral to support sales efforts
- Follow Wallester internal processes related to Sales Activities
- Provide regular updates to his manager on business development activities, forecasts, and opportunities
- Use data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies to enhance business performance
- Keep CRM up to date to enable forecast and sale activities monitoring
- You have 5/10 years of sales experience within the fintech and/or card payment industry.
- Successful experience working for consulting firms specializing in the payment industry and/or payment card software companies (Payment Networks, Payment Card Processors, BaaS).
- Skilled solution seller and effective communicator.
- Confident negotiator with high commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to drive, empathize, and organize effectively.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with customers, forging great relationships.
- Experience selling to enterprise customers.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, and German) is a plus.
- Organized and able to follow processes.
- Pro efficiency with Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as Lead generation tool (SalesNavigator)
