
Supplier Quality Engineer

- In the role of Supplier Quality Engineer your main tasks will be:
- Lead supplier qualification, manufacturing approval, and overall quality development initiatives.
- Train and support assigned suppliers on TechnipFMC's quality processes, standards, and expectations.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance in terms of quality and delivery, aligned with defined KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing non-conformities and increasing first-pass yield of products and documentation.
- Conduct and follow up on supplier audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Coordinate and resolve non-conformances, including disposition, correction, and verification through closure.
- Analyze quality data from systems (e.g., SAP, NCR) to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with minimal supervision to align quality goals and ensure process standardization.
- Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation in line with updated standards and specifications.
- A Bachelor's Degree or similar required
- Work experience can compensate for lack of formal competency
- 3-5 years of experience in function related to quality in production environment
- Work experience with external direct suppliers is desired
- Excellent level of spoken and written English/ French
- Good collaboration skills and an ability to work independently and systematically
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, and often conflicting priorities is critical
- Problem solving skills related to functional area, understanding business impact on overall business
- Must have demonstrated performance as a change agent with leadership and project management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems is preferred

- Travels will be required to visit TechnipFMC sites and Suppliers - up to 70% of time
