
Business Mobility Specialist (m/f/d)

- Management of categories related to Business Mobility in close cooperation with our external service providers, taking into account operational and economic requirements as well as sustainability aspects
- Commitment to continuously improving customer satisfaction through efficient and transparent processes with a European focus
- Supporting the digitalization of internal processes and the expansion of e-mobility
- Project management for roll-outs of our standardized Fleet & Mobility Services processes within the European Hager Group locations
- Conducting review meetings, preparing tenders, leading negotiations with our service providers including contract conclusion
- Ensuring compliance rules (internal regulations and legal requirements)
- Identifying/analyzing legal changes and their impact on the Hager fleet and creating solutions in cooperation departments involved / affected
- University degree or relevant commercial education
- Several years of sound knowledge in the field of fleet services, mobility or the automotive industry (e.g. leasing) as well as a high affinity for digitalization and new mobility concepts; experiences in the Travel industry would be a plus
- High service and team orientation as well as excellent communication skills among all hierarchical levels
- Analytical skills, skilled in data analysis, performance tracking, and dashboard development to support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong solution-orientation; strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on long-term impact in business and sourcing decisions
- Curiosity to explore new topics and knowledge
- Language skills: fluent in English, French & German are a plus
- Expertise in SAP & Excel / Power BI are a plus
