Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Technical Product Manager - Crypto - this is an onsite position in Paris.As a technical product manager, you will oversee our Connect product. This is our developer-facing API product enabling our customers to whitelabel Earn functionality into their products (i.e offer yield on any crypto asset) through a single abstraction for all assets. This API is used by top fintechs & crypto players such as Revolut, , and Ledger.Responsibilities:Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standardsDefine product requirements , ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needsCommunicate internally and externally about product requirements.Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers…), gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and facilitating product onboardingAnalyze product performance metrics , making data-driven decisions to optimize and improveStay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developmentsRequirements:2+ years of experience in product management (not as PO or project manager)Demonstrated pro experience or strong interest in the crypto sector :Either a first professional experience in the crypto industry,Or a very strong personal interest in the sector that can be demonstrated during the interview process (used DeFi, ran validators...).Technical background ( exp in backend with APIs) and work well with engineering teamsYou are sufficiently curious and motivated to dig into the details of how products work and can explain complex technical conceptsAnalytical mind and rigorous communication .
