
Staff Residential Property Assistant

- Managing leased and owned residential properties, promptly addressing work requests and coordinating with the supply chain to find suitable solutions.
- Maintaining an exceptionally high standard of Health and Safety in each property, providing necessary advice to clients and occupants.
- Serving as a single point of contact for customers in assigned properties, fostering excellent working relationships with occupants.
- Conducting surveys of the local residential property market and providing regular updates to clients on market conditions.
- Assisting with property onboarding by collaborating with estate agents and landlords to ensure all lease documentation is completed prior to move-in.
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with local landlords and estate agents.
- Managing moving in and moving out processes, providing regular updates to customers and maintaining electronic records on residential property matters.
- Ensuring that staff properties comply with HSE regulations and customer guidelines.
- Supporting residential estate budget management, working closely with the in-house financial team to facilitate smooth transitions during property onboarding/offboarding and rental payments.
- Assisting with the implementation of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule in each property by scheduling appointments with vendors and occupants.
- Fluent proficiency in English and French is essential for this role.
- Subject to local security clearance.
- Preferably, a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management or a related role, such as Property Project Management.
