- Manage the sales activities (Big Key accounts) and promote the the Group's solutions (Prospection) covering the assigned territories, markets and customers' portfolios.
- Achieve a sustainable sales growth aligned with Business Unit's targets in terms of volumes, revenues, contribution margins, payment overdue, new market segments, new product launches and innovation roadmaps
- Contribution to the strategic approach of the assigned market
- Solution-driven technical sales on automotive market: hunting and farming activities
- Regional (Germany, Austria, and East of Europe territory) and global Key account management.
- Responsibility for the sales of your accounts / Customer acquisition and business development towards synthetic fabrics as well as other products.
- Negotiation of contracts, prices and conditions
- Long-term project management being the communication channel for the customers' needs
- Responsibility for market intelligence in your area (technology, competition, …) and for systematic and targeted prospecting in the geographical area.
- Sales Forecasting / Regular reporting of relevant KPI's
- Support of new material qualifications, being the interface between clients and Porcher
- Smooth collaboration with the back office, technical service and R&D departments
- Implementation of the right level of actions, internal and external, to achieve your targets
- Participation in & contribution to marketing activities as well as international trade fairs
- Master Engineering degree, preferably in Materials, textile.
- 5 to 10 years in Key Account management with proven track of developing business in Europe in a B-to-B technical market.
- Strengths: customer & solutions oriented, open, autonomous, interpersonal skills, available
- Expert in Account Management, sales and negotiation techniques - Business Strategy & management
- Experience in Products / Solution Management /Pricing and Value Creation, Commercial policy
- Automotive Industry understanding, market intelligence - Composites materials not obligation but a plus.
- 60% traveling within the region (Customer visit + prospection), Fluent in English. French and German mother tong is real plus.
