Job Category: Financial Planning & AnalysisJob Description:The team has daily interactions with the Chief Sustainability Office and the Center of Excellence within GCAO, in order to monitor the standards' evolutions and ensure permanent compliance, update reports developed in the data-platform accordingly and document policies and options retained in agreement with the auditors.Responsibilities:Key duties and responsibilitiesMain missions include but are not restricted to:
  • Responsible for monitoring the evolutions of the regulation in connection with the Sustainability team and the Center of Excellence and ensure compliance with latest standards
  • Responsible for assessing the possible impacts of the changes in the regulation or insights on our reporting, both for narratives and reports (identify future metrics required or redefinition of some KPIs, impacts on reports in Palantir Foundry) and possibly simulate impacts
  • Manage the section 6 (CSRD) of the URD: update narratives in accordance with the regulation, document the Y/Y-1 changes and impacts, lead the whole quantitative ESG production for the mandatory reporting (in particular in the context of Omnibus)
  • Ensure the accuracy of the documentation, traceability and auditability, both for internal policies and KPIs reported, including changes in scope as regards the regulation and its evolutions
  • Actively participate to the deployment of the data-platform and the industrialization of reported KPIs and relating controls
  • Support internal stakeholders as regards ESG inquiries and questionnaires (Sustainability, IR, Prudential Affairs…)
  • Represent SCOR in certain professional forums and identify the possible impacts of some positions on SCOR's financial statements
Qualifications:Required experience & competenciesTechnical skills:
  • Expertise on ESG reporting with successful prior experience (URD, Art 29, Sustainability Report…)
  • Deep and accurate knowledge of ESRS standards and reporting principles

  • Fluency in English
