Job Description:Nous recherchons un Responsable Qualité Laboratoire motivé, expérimenté en ISO17025 et environnement aéronautique, pour piloter notre Système de Management de Laboratoire (LMS) au sein d'une équipe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens d'essais très impliqués.Notre laboratoire est chargé de réaliser des investigations, des analyses et des essais sur différents matériaux (métalliques, organiques, traitements de surface, etc.) à toutes les étapes importantes du cycle de vie d'un hélicoptère : recherche et développement de nouveaux matériaux et procédés de fabrication, essais de certification, soutien à l'industrie et services d'assistance, y compris l'analyse des défaillances après incidents/accidents.We are looking for a highly motivated Laboratory Quality Manager, experienced in ISO17025 and in aviation environment, to lead our Laboratory Management System (LMS) within a team of very engaged test engineers and technicians.Our Laboratory is responsible for carrying out investigations, analyses and tests on different materials (metallic, organic, surface treatments, etc.) at all major stages of a helicopter's life: research and development of new materials and manufacturing processes, certification testing, support to industry and support & services including failure analysis after incidents/accidents.Job Description :Mission :Votre mission consiste à maintenir, améliorer et développer notre LMS, y compris notre accréditation ISO17025, en recherchant constamment l'excellence et en l'adaptant aux nouveaux besoins. Vous êtes l'interface avec nos organismes d'accréditation et restez en contact étroit avec nos équipes de test, mais aussi avec les autres services de l'entreprise et les clients internes du laboratoire.Your mission is to successfully maintain, improve and extend our LMS including our ISO17025 accreditation, continuously striving for efficient excellence and adapting it to new arising needs. You are the interface to our accreditation bodies, keep close proximity to our test operations and team members, but as well to other company functions and internal lab customer.Tâches :Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
  • Promouvoir et soutenir l’amélioration continue du laboratoire et de son LMS, en menant des projets et initiatives dédiées :
  • Evaluer l’efficacité et l’adéquation de notre LMS
  • Recadrer et redéfinir au besoin en fonction des contraintes actuelles
  • Evaluer le niveau de satisfaction de nos clients et lancer des actions d’amélioration
  • Définir et gérer la documentation et nos outils (manuels, processus, normes, formulaires, LIMS, etc.)
  • Identifier et analyser les points de non-qualité (défauts, non-respect des délais, mauvaise organisation, etc.) et proposer des actions correctives et préventives aux équipes concernées.
  • Animer des groupes d’analyse des causes racines et des résolution de problèmes.
  • Assurer la connaissance de notre LMS auprès des équipes et soutenir leur développement des compétences.
  • Réaliser les diagnostics et audits qualité internes.
  • Assurer l'interface avec les organismes d'accréditation nationaux (COFRAC, DAKKS)
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Promote and support the continuous improvement of the laboratory and its LMS, leading dedicated projects and initiatives by
  • Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of our LMS
  • Reframing and redefining as necessary according to current constraints
  • Assessing customer satisfaction and launching improvement actions
  • Define and manage our Material Lab documentation and tool landscape (manual, processes, standards, templates, LIMS…)
  • Identify and analyze areas of non-quality (defects, missed deadlines, poor organization, etc.) and propose corrective and preventive actions with the involved teams.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving groups
  • Ensure the teams knowledge on our LMS and support the competence development of the teams
  • Conduct internal quality diagnostics and audits
  • Act as an interface with national accrediting bodies (COFRAC, DAKKS)
Required skills:Le candidat retenu devra posséder les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :
  • Diplôme de 5 ans (ou équivalent) d'ingénieur qualité ou autre diplôme technique.
  • Au moins une expérience internationale de 3 à 5 ans.
  • Significative expérience (3-5 ans) comme responsable qualité dans un environnement de laboratoire.
  • Une expérience opérationnelle en essais est un plus.
  • Connaissance des concepts, outils, méthodes et normes du management de la qualité (EN9100, ISO17025).
  • Rigueur, organisation et esprit analytique
  • Aptitude à communiquer (à l'oral et à l'écrit) et à convaincre
  • Pédagogie, diplomatie et bonnes capacités d'écoute
  • Français - anglais : courant / avancé
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
  • A 5-year diploma (or equivalent) in quality engineering or other technical diploma.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of international experience.
  • Dedicated experience (3-5 yrs) as a quality manager in a laboratory environment
  • Operational testing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, methods and standards (EN9100, ISO17025)
  • Rigor, organized, and analytically skilled.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) and to convince.
  • Diplomacy, teaching and good listening skills.
  • French and English: fluent/advanced.
