In an international work environment and in a context of long-term projects, your missions are mainly:
- Prospect new accounts and opprotunities to bring new business
- Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (engineering, quality, customer service…)
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities
- Sales training and /or a degree in Sales or International Trade (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
- Successful experience in selling industrial products (in the sector of the electronic components will be appreciated)
- Effective territory management skills required
- Great listening skills and a strong sense of customer service
- Bilingual in French, you also speak and write English fluently. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential to work in a multicultural context and teamwork
- Software proficiency: SAP knowledge is a plus, CRM
- High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction
- Curious and pragmatic, you have proven your autonomy and shown initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous and autonomous
- Pugnacious and persevering, you are capable of working on long cycles in project mode
- Driving license is required to visit prospects and customers
