- Proven knowledge of IT robotic technology and chemistry.
- On-site training for using this equipment.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance visits.
- Perform corrective maintenance visits with an analytical approach to identify the causes of malfunctions.
- Advise customers on the efficient use of the Waters systems.
- Handle administrative actions related to interventions and monitoring of installations.
- Consider the risks associated with these activities and implement risk prevention measures.
- Promote Performance Maintenance Contracts and Qualifications.
- Promote Customer Training.
- Activity areas may be adjusted and modified in the coming years based on the development of installations, their transfers, or cessation of activities. Frequent travel is required.
- National travel and stay abroad (including USA and UK) for regular training of 1 to 3 weeks.
- Education:
- Engineer/Master 2 Chemistry, Biochemistry
- License with significant experience in these technologies
- Desired experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography techniques.
- Solid understanding of MassLynx and Empower software.
- Practical knowledge of quadrupole MS technology.
- Knowledge of robotic systems appreciated.
- Other Skills
- Proficiency in English – Spanish/Italian: a plus
- Proven knowledge of IT and chemistry
- Proficiency with: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
