
Business and technical quotation Manager, Commercial Operations

- Serve as the key point of contact for CPS and end customers (existing and new), ensuring clear and efficient communication between all stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate site meetings and visits with CPS and customers, providing updates on project activities, technical discussions, and progress.
- Actively participate in customer onboarding and new product introductions at the site.
- Represent the site in post-transfer project teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- Support BD and Commercial Operations in building strong customer relationships and identifying fiscal year revenue opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process at the site, working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Finance, Project Management) to scope, cost, and develop high-quality, executable quotations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical proposals and quotations to CPS, including costing models, timelines, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with Technical Proposal Coordinators, BD, and Contract Management to align on pricing strategies, scope changes, and contract terms.
- Provide project scope overviews, cost summaries, and CAPEX insights to key stakeholders.
- Participate in customer meetings to support proposal discussions and clarify technical aspects when required.
- Support the development, negotiation, and renewal of commercial contracts in collaboration with Legal, Finance, BD, and Commercial Operations.
- Track and manage supply agreements to ensure all relevant provisions, pricing, KPIs, and forecasts are up to date and accurately reflected.
- Participate in the site and executive S&OP processes to support revenue planning and forecasting.
- Contribute to the RoFo (Rolling Forecast) analysis in collaboration with the CPS Customer Service and internal site teams.
- Bachelor’s and Master degree in science (biologics, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing, quality, technical project management, business management, business development
- Relevant industry knowledge of drug product and biologic development, analytical research and development, project scale-up, product manufacturing, quality, validations, and regulatory
- Analytical, financial skills, business acumen
- Strong background in client relationship management
- Superior customer services skills and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication in French and English.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, some complex where process/deliverable is non-standard.
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
