You’ll collaborate with business units and regional leaders to deploy scalable, efficient, and impactful commercial processes that align with BD’s strategic goals.Your mission:
- Implement and optimize lean methodologies across commercial operations
- Lead the deployment of BD Excellence tools (Growth Hub, SFDC, Marketo, ServiceNow)
- Champion the BD Way of Selling across global markets
- Facilitate training, certification, and adoption of excellence tools
- Drive performance through data visualization, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a thought partner and change agent across departments and regions
- 4+ years of commercial experience (sales, operations, or leadership)
- 3+ years in a continuous improvement culture (Kaizen, VM, PSP)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills
- A passion for problem-solving and driving measurable results
- Willingness to travel (50–70%) across EMEA and globally
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics
