- Gather needs from all stakeholders to inform product strategy:
- End-users in all geographical areas and for the entire product portfolio
- Pharma Clients whom we are developing those products for, and their affiliates
- Internal experts: medical affairs, regulatory affairs, R&D, business development, customer success, etc.
- Define the strategy (including product positioning, value proposition and messaging), roadmap and budget for your product portfolio:
- Analyze current and future market trends, identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to seize these opportunities.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date view of the competition, opportunities and threats to your product portfolio.
- Represent product vision and ambition, internally and externally
- Identify and analyze, with internal and external stakeholders, opportunities for product innovation and improvement, as well as relevant partnerships.
- Organize and lead adhoc workshops with stakeholders to define and review the strategy, objectives and the roadmap
- Ensure alignment of roadmap with prioritization of functionalities
- Write product requirements, participate in design meetings when needed
- Support the organization and facilitation of rituals, in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Set and follow KPIs (NPS, retention scores, performance, etc.), and leverage insights from data analysis for future iterations
- Regularly feed the backlog with new items as they flow in, update existing items as needed
- Ensure quality of the final product through daily collaboration with cross-functional teams, including:
- Product Owners, who are responsible for executing the product vision and translating marketing and user requirements into functional specifications.
- QA testers, to guarantee the quality of the deliverables
- The product's technical contacts, such as technical leads and data analysts to guarantee the reliability of the architecture and technologies used, as well as the adequacy of deliveries to specifications.
- Teams in contact with the customer and the product's end-users, to ensure that information is properly disseminated.
- Collaborate with teams in charge of development of proprietary assets and products, ensuring building of optimized joint value for all ADH products
- Create and distribute the product documentation to various stakeholders
- Inform stakeholders about upcoming releases
- Train internal teams on how to present the product to customers and partners (e.g. presentations, demonstrations) and act as an expert at key meetings with customers and partners where appropriate.
- Support product representation at industry events and conferences when required.
- Establish pricing strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, in a biotechnology or medical device development company
- Proficient English and French speaker, as most communication and work done in both languages (mandatory)
- High product sense: ability to develop a strong conviction about user needs and problems based on user research and feedback (from all types of sources)
- Ability to understand business and (Pharma) Client's needs to suggest a roadmap that both suits users' expectations (field success) and client's success metrics (financial success)
- Strong & structured communication skills to convince and get buy in on the vision, embark/drive the squad, build relationships with commercial teams, talk to users regularly.
- Willingness and ability to drive decision through data analysis
- Interest in Neurologic Diseases and /or medical training is a plus
- Experience with both mobile and web-based applications is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and with various profiles, from design to engineering, from medical to regulatory
- Knowing the basics of the agile methodology
