We are seeking a Global Head of GSI Alliances to drive our partnerships with the world’s leading Global System Integrators (GSIs). As the publisher of Ubuntu and a leading provider of open source solutions, we are expanding into the enterprise market where GSIs play a critical role in digital transformation.Reporting to the VP of Global Alliances & Channels, you will lead a team to develop joint go-to-market strategies, build trusted executive relationships, and ensure our solutions are embedded at the core of GSI-led platforms and transformation programs.What You’ll DoOwn and drive the global GSI partner strategy , delivering bookings and revenue growth.Build and nurture executive-level relationships across global GSI organizations.Guide our offerings from product management to market execution , scaling through global sales teams.Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing alliances team .Evangelize our partnership across campaigns, opportunities, and events.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in alliance / indirect sales management roles.Deep knowledge of the GSI sector and enterprise sales cycles.Strong commercial background in revenue, margins, and forecasting .Excellent leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.Familiarity with open source, Ubuntu, and the competitive landscape .Hands-on, disciplined, and results-driven.What We OfferCompetitive compensation + performance-based bonus/commission .USD 2,000 annual learning & development budget .Annual compensation review & recognition rewards.Distributed, remote-first team with twice-yearly in-person sprints .Generous holiday leave, maternity & paternity leave.Wellness & assistance programs .Travel opportunities to collaborate with global teams.Priority Pass & upgrades for long-haul company events.Please note that any reference to Salary should be ignored as every candidate will be considered on their merits
