
Sales Support Engineer

- Strong knowledge about Wärtsilä's engine and product portfolio and comprehensive understanding about own region's installed base
- Demonstrates an understanding of the customer's business and identifies value drivers for them and accordingly create high-quality offers based on the customer business case
- Primarily supports Transactional Sales and support Agreements upselling and Upgrades when needed
- English is mandatory and French and Spanish are an added value in the evaluation
- Gain and keep the trust of all the people you deal with (internal and external)
- Ability to identify, engage, and lead collaborations with internal and external stakeholders in a diverse cross-cultural environment
- Ability to gather requirements for a given case by utilizing historical and technical data and create and improve an efficient contact network to speed-up the information search
