- Identify in collaboration with the Category Manager, customer needs and opportunities for revenue growth,
- Develop the annual plan and propose any corrective measures.
- Identify the decision-making and influential interlocutors within its customers' organizations in order to develop a lasting relationship.
- Negotiate national agreements within the framework of the commercial policy and the delegated mandate by collaborating with the other departments (customer service, logistics, finance, legal).
- Guarantee the achievement of the objectives defined by the quality of the counterparties traded (assortment, promotion, merchandising).
- Be a force of proposal in the construction of the company's commercial policy on the basis of its customer knowledge and its competitive universe.
- Present the framework of the agreements internally and involve the sales team on precise action plans at the point of sale.
- Be the guarantor of the right information with management control, as the manager of the customer operating account
- Manage performance indicators
- Manage financial processes (Turnover Monitoring, Budgets, Commercial Degradations) and ensure the monthly reporting of the client's activity.
- Establish reliable sales forecasts and update them monthly.
- Support the Supply team on logistics follow-up & penalty management
- Lead working groups by promoting a climate of trust so that each interlocutor can express his or her opinion
- Listening and practicing feedback culture
- Master degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience on retail FMCG negociation, in a national centre in the FMCG retail sector.
