- You hold a Master of Science or an Engineering School diploma in a domain relevant to Eutelsat's space activities (Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Science, Optics, etc.).
- You are a collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- You are motivated to work on high-impact projects for governmental clients.
- You're naturally curious, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented.
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions for dual (commercial and governmental) applications including science, defense, security, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to assess needs and design innovative, feasible solutions.
- Research and evaluate technologies, especially those that are unexpected or non-traditional, for potential integration.
- Support project timelines with pragmatic approaches to innovation and deployment.
- Work on real, deployable systems - not theoretical concepts - with a strong focus on operational viability.
- A positive attitude - we deal with real challenges and aim to be part of the solution.
- Curiosity - our Innovation Team explores a wide range of technical topics, even the unexpected ones.
- Pragmatism - we aim to deliver concrete, realistic products within achievable timelines (no warp drives yet).
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
