PKPD Scientist - Modeling & Simulation – (Europe)

- Serve as the scientific lead on projects and primary point of contact for clients
- Design and execute modeling and simulation analyses to support drug development and clinical trials
- Provide expert consultation and technical guidance internally and externally
- Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and publications
- Mentor junior scientific staff and contribute to training activities
- Collaborate within agile project teams to deliver high-quality scientific work
- Contribute to project scoping, proposals, and generation of new business opportunities
- Support the company's broader scientific and strategic goals
- Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, mathematics, statistics, biomedical engineering, or related discipline (or Master's with equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience (10+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools such as NONMEM and Stan
- Strong programming and statistical skills (e.g., R)
- Experience in Bayesian data analysis is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Comfortable using internet-based tools and remote communication platforms
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with tools such as Shiny, Markdown, LaTeX, Unix/Linux, git, and subversion
- Prior client-facing or consulting experience
- Record of scientific publications or conference presentations
