- Contribute to local initiatives wherever we operateThis is the start of your adventure at Aptar :Part of the Digital Marketing team, the Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning and execution of the global Digital Marketing strategy for Aptar Pharma, supporting the Pharma business strategy and objectives.The role is pivotal within the Digital Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to effectively promote the company's drug delivery products and services across various digital channels to prospective customers.The primary mission of the Digital Marketing Manager is to drive awareness of Aptar Pharma and our drug delivery solutions and services to generate leads that will contribute to the company's sales pipeline growth. This involves managing multiple facets of the digital marketing landscape, including content creation for emails and social media, website optimization, and database management in compliance with GDPR. They will also employ data-driven approaches to refine marketing strategies and budget allocations, ensuring that every campaign delivers the best possible return on marketing investment (ROMI).Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Digital Marketing specialists.
- Lead the successful planning and execution of the B2B Digital Marketing strategy for Aptar Pharma utilizing an omni-channel approach.
- Lead the definition, planning, and execution of the annual Digital Marketing MarCom plans, supporting the Business Marketing Managers to meet their business objectives via digital marketing activities and campaigns.
- Work closely with Business Marketing and Business Development/Sales teams to understand Business category priorities, identify target audiences and personas, and craft effective digital marketing campaigns to deliver KPIs.
- Lead the production of digital content for websites, webinars and emails.
- Optimize the company website with SEO strategies, monitor key metrics through analytical tools like Piwik, and recommend actionable changes to increase site traffic and engagement
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels to demonstrate success, identify areas for improvement and optimization of digital marketing channel mix.
- Provide data-driven recommendations regarding marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage external suppliers and agencies.
- Develop, proactively manage & optimize digital marketing budgets for assigned projects.
- Master's degree in business marketing, with a Digital Marketing emphasis preferred
- 5-7 years proven digital marketing experience required
- B2B experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related industry a plus
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a passion for Digital Marketing
- Experience using AI in content creation, analytics and customer journey design.
- Experience with lead qualification and routing processes
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and metrics, with the capability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural/multinational business unit environment
- Global Digital Marketing team is based out of Rueil-Malmaison, France.
