You will contribute in all typical financial exercises such as monthly business reviews and closings, Budget, Forecast, 3 year strategic plan;Your responsibilities will be the following:Finance operations: oversee accounting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage day-to-day financial operations.In coordination with the accounting team, ensure monthly closing cadence is respected, ensuring timely reporting of the costs.Support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements/reporting and forecasts in accordance with internal policies/ guidelinesSupport monthly, quarterly & yearly closingCost control: Assist the creation of budgets and forecasts and ensure monitoring and follow up on a continuous basisSupport the preparation of the yearly strategic planParticipate to manage specific projects as directed by the daily businessPerform timely analysis to ensure accuracy of results, identifying the root causes for gaps between budget / forecasts and actual resultsFollow-up stakeholders requestsTaxation: manage tax compliance with a focus on CIR (Crédit d'impôt Recherche) / CII (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation) and other tax incentives.
