
Fertility Business Unit Director

- Lead the team of 7 KAMs in order to maximize the presence of Theramex in fertility centers
- Recruit and adjust the team when necessary
- Strategically analyze the evolution of the market (substitution of biosimilars) and propose the necessary evolution of client mix and investments
- Set quantitative and qualitative objectives to the team
- Ensure that compliance rules are respected in the team
- Ensure and monitor a good quality of training of the team
- Define the national and local commercial strategy
- Join with intensive knowledge of the fertility environment and of the fertility centers
- Take in charge personally a selected number of clients (important centers, KOLs)
- Involve them when necessary in scientific and educational programs
- Manage the contracts and the DEA process
- Provide inputs to the marketing team in order to adjust the material proposed to the team and to the clients
- Partner with the marketing team and the data analyst
- Actively contribute to the French management team (GM, Responsible Pharmacist, Director of the Fertility sales force, Medical Director)
- Actively contribute to the Global fertility team with other business unit directors
- Coordinate with the Scientific lead for IIS / NIS
- Provide inputs to the President of the Fertility business
- Extensive knowledge of the fertility environment
- Significant experience in market research and/or Sales Force Effectiveness is necessary, ideally in women’s health
- Very strong data centric analytical skills and ability to extract and visualize insights
- Ability to produce KPI’s reports (Excel pivot table or others) and Excellent ability to build relevant communication material, including PowerPoint slides
- Be able to use and participate in the development of various dashboards and the CRM (international tool)
- Solid understanding of compliance rules and proactive willingness to implement them
- Very good knowledge of the governance of an SME type company
- Excellent business partner within the company and with outside agencies
- Ability to work closely with the global team
