You will work directly with HR and leadership to maintain and evolve our Power BI dashboards, ensuring clean, actionable data and insights that drive key decisions.🧠 What You'll Do
  • Maintain and improve HR dashboards (Power BI)
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability
  • Contribute to KPI evolution and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance & leadership
  • Document and transfer knowledge for future use

  • A Master's student (MIAGE, business/engineering school, Sciences Po...)
  • Skilled in Excel & Power BI
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
  • Curious, proactive, and a clear communicator
  • Fluent in French & business English

  • Maintenir et améliorer les tableaux de bord RH (Power BI)
  • Garantir la fiabilité et la cohérence des données
  • Participer à l'évolution des KPI et à l'automatisation des reportings

  • Documenter les processus et assurer leur transmission
