- Deeply understand users’ pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Leverage analytical tools (e.g., MixPanel) to track performance, measure adoption, and assess success within your functional perimeter.
- Define and continuously refine the product vision, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and user needs.
- Translate this vision into a clear, actionable roadmap with well-defined priorities.
- Evangelize the product vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft effective, user-centric solutions.
- Design and optimize user journeys, considering edge cases and service design principles (mock-ups, user flows, etc.).
- Break down your roadmap into impactful epics, user stories, and batches, ensuring an iterative and value-driven approach.
- Oversee development quality, ensuring bug-free, high-performance releases with the squad.
- Continuously improve product management processes by implementing the best tools and methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and a passion for crafting seamless, intuitive products.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with confidence in articulating and defending ideas.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bonus: UI/UX design skills are a plus!
