- Define, plan, and implement the service sales strategy and business development initiatives for the EMEA region, aligned with ABB’s global direction
- Grow order intake in areas such as automation modernization, mechanical retrofits, spare parts, on-site services, maintenance contracts, and installed base upgrades
- Identify business opportunities, exceed budget and strategic targets
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, analyze market trends and competition to enhance service value proposition
- Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in service business development
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, modular skids, instrumentation, valves, electrical systems, automation, and digitalization
- Experience in lubricants, paints, pulp & paper, or specialty chemicals industries
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, framework agreements, and risk management
- Fluent in French and English
