In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring timely delivery and achieving comprehensive results that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients and partners.Position detailsContract: permanent full timeLocation: Toulouse (31), partial remote is possibleYour future responsibilitiesProject Management:
  • Lead one or several projects, which may include engineering service projects, grant-funded programs, or internal developments, all aimed at developing autonomous driving solutions for logistic use cases.
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, proactively driving progress and overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Deliver all expected project management outputs, such as planning documents, risk analyses, and progress updates.
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams (Program, Operations, Engineering, Safety) and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and OEMs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and deliver clear project presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences.
Delivery and Execution:
  • Oversee project execution and delivery to ensure alignment with quality and performance expectations.
Preferred ExperienceTechnical skills: Solid experience in robotics or related fields, coupled with strong knowledge of safety standards. Your expertise in project management methodologies and tools will be key. Experience with French/European grant-funded projects is a significant plus.Leadership: You possess advanced rigor, methodical thinking, proactivity, and leadership.
