- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled industrial controllers in alignment with the department’s mission.
- Foster a performance-driven and collaborative team culture with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure team members have clear objectives, development plans, and access to the necessary tools to succeed.
- Participate in defining the industrial and supply chain strategy by assessing the financial implications of strategic choices.
- Act as a key financial advisor to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions, supporting decision-making through high-quality financial analysis and insight.
- Ensure end-to-end P&L accountability and visibility for the Supply Chain.
- Promote financial acumen and cost awareness within the operations community, empowering teams to take ownership of their financial performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of efficient controlling processes and reporting tools across manufacturing sites.
- Lead local budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumption validation and alignment with business plans.
- Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) monthly financial closing with accurate and transparent reporting.
- Deliver key manufacturing controlling KPIs, with in-depth variance analysis and performance outlooks.
- Own and manage project deviation monitoring, including root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution follow-up
- Ensure full compliance with corporate financial policies, local regulations, and tax/legal requirements.
- Support both internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and reinforce strong internal control frameworks to safeguard the integrity of financial data and assets.
- Champion World Class Manufacturing (WCM) financial practices and contribute actively to implementation across the manufacturing sites.
- Lead the rollout of digital finance tools (e.g., RPA, BI, Qlik Sense), improving automation and real-time analysis capabilities.
- Contribute to the One Finance Program by promoting digitization, process standardization, and innovation in financial practices.
- Build and maintain effective interfaces with regional and global finance and business teams to ensure reporting reliability and consistency.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling, ideally in an industrial and international environment.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and controlling principles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO; proficiency in PowerBi is a strong plus.
- Proven experience operations finance.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and grow a diverse team in terms of seniority and geographical location.
- Passion for digital finance transformation; familiarity with emerging technologies (RPA, BI, Blockchain) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
