Financial Controlling Specialist, FranceParis, FranceReporting to the Commercial Controlling Manager, you will ensure that Pandora is compliant and transparent in its financial reporting in the region, whether it be month-end closing processes, annual closing or recurring activities within control.We ensure we deliver high quality reporting and support the commercial organisation through accurate visibility so that they can focus on commercial performance. The Controlling Team consists of this role and a dedicated specialist in Spain.WHAT YOU'LL DO :Ensure compliance and reporting activities are accurate and done in a timely mannerCooperate and coordinate across different functions across the region, as well as with our global team in DenmarkDefine and implement a new operating model within Financial ControllingEnsure rating requirements for Internal controlsEnsure an efficient operational setup within Financial Controlling and develop/optimise processes to increase the value of support given to the businessLead the cluster process for month close on top of managing the local process for FranceWork hand-in-hand with commercial finance managers to ensure full transparency in reporting and that we are providing valid numbers in our performance trackingSupport local organization on financial controlling tasks (management of trade payables, invoices, accruals etc) - utilising shared services to the extent possibleEnsure we are compliant on all group requirements and local statutory requirementsEnsure a smooth cooperation with external partners, ie PWC on external accounts and EY on the audit sideWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR5 - 8 years' experience working in Financial ControllingExperience in a global or international organisationExperience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry is an advantageExperience with French statutory accountsFluent in French and in EnglishExperience on EPM tools, Hyperion Financial ManagementStrong skills on Microsoft OfficeIf you see yourself in the position and would like to become a part of Pandora's future, please do not hesitate to apply.
