
Client Service Manager

- Manage and lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices.
- Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
- Ensure that projects align with departmental and company strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in project and program management
- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
