- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our training programs.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize clients with our training platforms, resources, and support channels.
- As Customer Success Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the satisfaction and growth revenue of your clients.
- This is measured by ensuring a best-in-class NPS for the trainings that you will be responsible for (average of 70 NPS in 2023)
- Create new trainings (also called “pilots”) from scratch, in collaboration with Solutions Engineers, Sales and Content team.
- Implement the full operational process for new trainings and ensure a smooth transition to the Program Manager in charge of future batches
- Improve the trainings you are responsible for by regularly monitoring and improving recurring tasks and processes whenever deemed necessary
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders by working in close collaboration with the Sales team
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and aligning them with our training offerings.
- Lead regular operational meetings with relevant key stakeholders on the client’s side but also internally at Le Wagon for Business
- Understand the client environment and their main stakes in line with our expertise to highlight our unique business value
- Collaborate with your clients to identify their skills development needs
- Provide guidance on the selection of courses, certifications, and learning paths based on industry trends and client objectives.
- Proactively measure and assess the business impact of our trainings
- Present detailed analysis and recommendations meaningful for your clients
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for contract renewals and upselling of additional training services.
- Provide insights into client usage patterns and feedback to enhance our offerings
- Address and resolve client challenges promptly in collaboration with Sales and Solutions Engineers
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the tech industry
- Good track record in Account Management with global accounts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- You have a strong capacity to adapt and appetite for organizing trainings / events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are rigorous, organized and you don’t hesitate to take initiatives
- You enjoy collaborating and working in a dynamic team
- Understand the fundamentals of Data Science, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with learning management systems and training platforms is a plus
- Fluency in both French & English
- You enjoy and excel in project management
