Come and join our Operations Paris team!About the TeamSupporting the Property and Construction underwriting teams in the Paris Corporate Solutions office, you will be part of our dynamic Operations team comprised of 10 expert professionals from various backgrounds ensuring our clients experience and outstanding level of service, acting as the key point of contact for business administration internally and externally.
The position reports into the Head Operations France based in Paris.About the rolePolicy Administration
  • Conduct initial deal analysis and prepare applicable account data
  • Keep up to date information in systems and tools
  • Regular interaction with external customers (brokers/insureds)
  • Prepare invoices, policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation
  • Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-up with customer or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found.
  • Support underwriters in coordinating and preparing data for client meetings, and also participate to the meeting
  • Coordination of International Programs : prepare and send instructions to local countries, answer requests from local offices, follow up of policy issuance and premium payment
Project involvement
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, tools and processes improvements, and testing/ piloting changes
About you
  • Knowledge of insurance principles, in particular Property insurance
  • Knowledge of Insurance Accounting principles
  • Experience in International Program management
  • Quality focused, attention to detail and solution oriented, ability to identify and report problems
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Goal-orientation and dedication to continuous learning
  • Teamwork, building and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good understanding of IT and Project Management related methodology and processes
  • Insurance university degree preferred
For France, the base salary range for this position is between 46,000 EUR and 70,000 EUR for a full-time role.The specific salary offered considers:
  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
  • In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
