- As HR Business Partner, you are the single point of trusted contact for a given remit at country level, partnering with and advising both Managers and Employees on Human Resources related matters
- You are responsible for implementing HR processes and policies at country level, in line with business strategy and objectives, to accelerate business performance and sustainable growth.
- You are responsible for implementing HR related processes policies and systems, in close collaboration with the HR network, with a good understanding of business objectives, cost intelligence and employee competency fit now and in the future.
- You act as an advisor for managers and employees to increase organizational, team and individual performance
- You are responsible to build and manage the flow of talent in your location scope to meet current and future business needs
- You are responsible for guarantying high data quality for your local remit and use the data to monitor HR activity's impact on the local performance and growth and to support the decision making process
- You contribute to internal transformation initiatives, ensuring changes' adoption across local remit
- You monitor and execute strategic workforce plan: resource optimization (right skills at the right place at the right moment).
- Ensure the coordination and oversight of core HR administrative processes in collaboration with CBSC, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRBP roles or HR advisor positions.
