- Drive new client acquisition through face-to-face meetings and strategic prospecting, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners and business networks to create your own pipeline
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase Qonto's value proposition to potential high value clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Represent Qonto at local business events, be Qonto ambassador in trade shows, and networking sessions to increase brand awareness
- Team Structure: You'll be part of a dynamic field sales team of 4 regions, focused on specific territories across France, collaborating closely with our marketing and partnership teams.

- Tools We Use: You'll be equipped with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our proprietary sales enablement platform to maximize your effectiveness in the field.
- You have at least 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- You are based and have an established professional network in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region particularly in Bordeaux.
- Relationship Building: You excel at creating and nurturing long-term business relationships, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers at various levels.
- Product Presentation: You have strong presentation skills and can articulate complex value propositions in a clear, compelling manner.
- You are a native French speaker with professional English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
