- Develop the education content execution strategy establishing global consistency, while considering local market needs and channel-specific needs; ensure programs and formats are result-driven and interactive.
- Develop and sustain regionally relevant training tools, including onboarding resources, seasonal PowerPoint decks, training videos, and one-pagers to support various training initiatives.
- Develop Training programs on selling behavior and luxury service skills to support global business, functioning as a resource and leader for the Regions, providing both product and sales expertise ensuring cultural needs are taken into consideration.
- Support consumer marketing, Omni channel and PR teams in digital consumer education / how-to videos.
- Continue the development and maintenance of branded E-Learning platforms for both brands, ensuring they effectively support all in-store staffing needs.
- Evaluate and prioritize learning needs of specific retailer employee segments to create training solutions to enhance brand and product passion.
- Oversee the global deployment of branded uniforms, securing regional alignment and approval each fiscal year.
- Enhance key performance indicators and productivity metrics
- Synthesize market and consumer intelligence from regions
- Provide feedback of local and regional market dynamics via regional monthly summaries/highlights
- Establish performance objectives, learning outcomes, and assessment tools
- Present international strategies and initiatives
- Participate in global conference, international/regional meetings
- Work with cross-functional departments to develop and reinforce KPIs and continuously communicate opportunities for heroes and big bets.
- Maintain excellence in communication by facilitating regular regional engagement through monthly global training calls, individual regional check-ins, and consistent updates via global team channels.
- Assist in the Organization of Global Workshops and RRT for all regions
- Plan and execute biannual Train-the-Trainer seminars to cascade seasonal product knowledge and key behaviors to the field teams, share global strategy and ensure excellence of execution
- Bachelor's degree and 8+years of related business experience; a minimum of 5 years in the beauty or Retail industry required.
- Proven ability command of adult learning concepts (i.e., experiential learning) experience building brand and product training curriculum and the abilities to create impactful and memorable training experiences.
- Proven Training track record, strategic mindset, creative, team player and budget management.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneous, set priorities and meet competing deadlines; maintain creative and meet competing deadlines; maintain creative and active problem solving to drive on time and quality delivery for all projects and partner with various levels in the organization.
- Effective communicator, strong relationship-building skills, and proven record of cross-functional partnerships.
- Thrives in an environment that is fast paced, rapidly changing and able to handle multiple priorities whiles meeting objectives, work well under pressure.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Proficient in Digital Education, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
