- Demand & Acquisition Marketing: Lead full-funnel inbound initiatives across organic (SEO on Google, LLMs, social, CRO, nurture campaigns) and paid channels (SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, others) to maximize qualified demos, pipeline acquisition, and ROI.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Run A/B tests and rapid experiments to identify new opportunities, optimize funnel performance, and improve conversion rates.
- Automation & Technology: Leverage AI, automation, and MarTech tools to streamline workflows, improve targeting, and scale campaign impact.
- Data-Driven Insights: Own reporting and analytics to track performance, uncover growth opportunities, and guide strategy with a focus on ROI.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor inbound marketers, ensuring clarity of goals, efficient execution, and professional growth.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize advertising spend across channels, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations to align and integrate growth initiatives company-wide.
- 5+ years in demand generation and growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS (agency background a plus).
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Proven track record driving acquisition and retention across organic and paid channels, with strong expertise in conversion optimization.
- Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team, aligning goals, motivating execution, and delivering results.
- Strategic and data-driven mindset, with strong skills in analytics, funnel metrics, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with AI, automation, and MarTech tools to scale performance.
- Proactive, curious, and creative problem-solver with high attention to detail.
- A 6-month strategic leadership role with high visibility and impact during a key growth phase.
