Localisation : PfastattAs the Finance Manager of the Pfastatt plant and the two supplier sites , you play a key role in managing the financial performance of the plant across two product lines: fuel tanks and batteries. You are responsible for the reliability of financial data and its analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.You report directly to the Plant Director and work closely with operational teams. As a true business partner, you support the site management in steering the site's financial performance and achieving its targets. You also supervise a Cost Controller, whom you guide in daily tasks and professional development.Industrial Controlling:Monitoring production costs by product line and projectAnalyzing variances (actual vs. budget/forecast - DASH)Analyzing material margin by productCalculating and updating standard cost pricesMonitoring financial and operational KPIsFinancial Reporting & Analysis:Responsible for monthly closings for both product lines across two separate legal entitiesSubmission of financial data into group systems (HFM & OPIUM), in compliance with group requirementsResponsible for budget construction and strategic planningSupport to Plant Management:Assisting operational managers in understanding their financial resultsProposing corrective actions to improve profitabilityActing as a business partner to the plant leadership and key functions to guide strategic and operational decisionsInternal Control & Compliance:Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and accounting standardsParticipating in internal and external auditsTeam Management:Supervision and leadership of a Cost ControllerTask allocation, performance tracking, and skill developmentPromoting a culture of discipline, analysis, and collaboration within the finance teamProfileHigher education in Finance or Management Control (Master's degree, Business School, or equivalent).Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial controlling, ideally within the automotive industry.Proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).Fluency in English is a plus.Strong ability to synthesize complex data.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, teamwork, and strong communication skills.Benefits:
