Strengthening brand image and awareness in priority markets and within the framework of global event initiatives.
Developing customer relationships and loyalty by making events a lever for proximity and the generation of new opportunities.
Supporting subsidiaries in driving their markets by increasing brand visibility and creating tangible opportunities for conversion and new customer acquisition (NCA).

Main mission
Develop Anthogyr’s brand image and awareness internationally.
Define a clear event strategy, identify objectives/targets/needs.
Ensure robust and replicable organizational methods, monitor budgets and schedules.
Lead Anthogyr’s strategic events, in coordination with Group subsidiaries’ priorities and expectations.
Design and implement a 360° communication and promotion plan for events (social media, publications, digital, media).
Strengthen business impact and customer loyalty by defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) adapted to local specificities.
Contribute to the organization of trade shows, conferences, and other event formats.
Reinforce employee engagement and alignment through internal events.
Description of significant activitiesLead major customer event projects in collaboration with commercial subsidiaries.
Define and implement robust, replicable project management methods.
Address the three main project phases: Before (targeting, recruitment, promotion) – During (participant experience) – After (follow-up, resonance).
Provide strategic and creative recommendations: vision, targets, objectives, KPIs, and success factors to differentiate the brand from competitors.
Conduct feasibility studies to ensure project success.
Draft specifications and creative briefs.
Identify, select, brief, and supervise service providers.
Propose action plans and processes to anticipate potential issues and foster continuous improvement.
Design and communicate Anthogyr’s event charter and associated guidelines to enhance local initiatives – “How to implement?”
Participation in trade shows, congresses, and conferences
Organize Anthogyr’s presence at trade shows organized by the Group or Straumann subsidiaries by providing advice, tools, and operational support (customized videos, visuals, etc.).
Coordinate projects with the Group’s event teams for international trade shows.
Organization of internal communication events
Participate in scoping, coordination, and project follow-up.
Draft specifications, select, brief, and supervise service providers.
Coordinate content development.
Oversee event logistics.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Regularly assess and analyze communication actions using relevant KPIs and propose improvements.
Develop and implement communication plans.
Measure event impact with KPIs and propose areas for improvement.
Monitoring, deploying, and promoting communication projects
Contribute to needs definition and project reviews.
Conduct market and trend monitoring.
Draft provider specifications.
Propose and monitor detailed schedules.
Brief and monitor service providers.
Coordinate operational follow-up of projects, support providers and internal teams.
Consolidate and monitor budgets.
Ensure communication and promotion, enhance the project’s visibility internally and externally.
