WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHIn this role, you’ll work fluidly across the Paris/France Marketing team, while also collaborating with key partners such as Sports Marketing, SCI, and Consumer Insights — always in service of athletes. You’ll also connect with the people and organizations in the city who best represent our brand and bring our vision to life.You’ll stay closely connected to the Geo Consumer Construct team in EHQ, with a dotted reporting line to the Director, Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle, and regular collaboration with that team and others such as the Women’s Brand Creative Studio.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a talented brand marketeer with a passion for youth culture and creativity.   • Strong expertise in brand and cross-functional marketing.
  • Ability to understand the city consumer and connect with them across sport performance and lifestyle.
  • Proven ability to identify, build, and manage external relationships aligned to Nike’s strategic objectives.
  • Solid understanding of the Paris consumer, the city, and Nike’s positioning within it, with the ability to make strong strategic decisions.
  • Agility and adaptability in your approach to work.
  • Fluency in French and English.
Based in Paris, you’ll be part of the key city and French territory Marketing team. Together, the team is accountable for:
  • Bringing our Consumer Fields of Play to life in the city through relationships with the faces (individuals, communities) and places that matter most across Running, Fitness, Football, and Lifestyle.
  • Amplifying our Concept Map with on-the-ground executions that build on Global and Geo campaigns, including pinnacle activations.
  • Ensuring the marketplace in France, especially Paris, shows up as sharp, connected, and pinnacle.
  • Fueling our global engine with powerful, relevant consumer insights that can scale.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONAs Manager, Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle – Paris/France, you’ll be part of the Paris/France Brand Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Director, Brand Marketing Paris/France, with a dotted line to the Director, Brand Marketing Women’s Lifestyle in EHQ.You’ll drive our Women’s Lifestyle Field of Play on the ground in Paris/France by:
  • Identifying the people and organizations that best align with our brand values and bring our strategies to life, then managing these relationships in a robust and sustainable way.
  • Partnering with Geo Consumer Construct Brand Marketing Field of Play teams to amplify Concept Map stories through on-the-ground executions, from pinnacle Nike activations to marketplace partner initiatives.
  • Gathering and sharing continuous consumer insights to better serve athletes* in Paris and France, while feeding these insights back into EMEA/Global strategy.
  • Building, developing, and empowering a Brand Specialist in your team.
Like all roles at Nike, this position requires agility. While your focus will be Women’s Lifestyle in Paris/France, there may be moments when you or your team support broader Marketing work in Paris/France, Women’s Lifestyle initiatives across EMEA, or key Concept Map campaigns.

Nike
