Une usine amont intégrée (décapage, laminage, galvanisation, peinture) alimente une grande partie des sites.Le/la S&OP and Supply Chain Analyst pilote le processus Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) d'AMC, tout en menant des projets de transformation et digitalisation de la supply-chain amont.1 - Pilotage du processus Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) de la division AMC (50%)
  • Coordonner et structurer le processus S&OP à l'échelle de la division AMC.
  • Équilibrer plans de ventes, capacités industrielles, approvisionnements et niveaux de stock, en ligne avec les objectifs stratégiques.
  • Animer les échanges avec les filiales et les fonctions centrales (CMO, achats, supply-chain).
  • Suivre les écarts entre prévisions et réalisations, et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Fournir une vision consolidée au management d'AMC et d'AMDS.
  • Intégrer les nouvelles filiales au fil de la croissance de la division.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'usine amont intégrée (Contrisson), en fournissant des prévisions fiables pour piloter l'ordonnancement, les achats d'acier et les stocks
2 - Digitalisation, optimisation et transformation de la supply-chain amont (50%)
  • Piloter des projets de transformation digitale de la supply chain amont : approvisionnement, planification et ordonnancement, service client, transport, gestion des stocks.
  • Identifier et implémenter de nouveaux outils ou technologies pour :
  • Accélérer les prises de décision
  • Améliorer la précision et la transparence
  • Automatiser et fiabiliser les tâches récurrentes
  • Déployer des indicateurs de performance pertinents
Formation et expérience
  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'école de commerce
  • Expérience en supply chain dans un environnement industriel et multiculturel
Compétences techniques
  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données et de visualisation : Excel, Power BI…
  • Bonne compréhension des processus industriels
Savoir-être & aptitudes
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de structuration
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
  • Leadership transversal et sens du relationnel
  • Aptitude à gérer des projets
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Expérience en conduite du changement
Management
  • Supervision d'un(e) analyste junior
Localisation
  • Basé à Contrisson (55)
