- Degree/Diploma in engineering, preferably E&A engineering.
- Proven experience in the field of Automation/Digital in a manufacturing facility

- Provide operational support to factories / markets in respect of process, performance, competitive quality. Must fully understand the technical details of the MES-A solutions in all projects.
- Industrialize technologies through equipment in factories / markets in cooperation with TCU engineers /SMEs and follow up on possible issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with NPTC and corporate SHE & food safety policies as well as legal SHE & food safety codes. Drives for safety by design of the process.
- Prepare the technical deployment of the agreed digital solutions for Manufacturing processes.
- Support deployment of digital standards for the category in alignment with the Group directives.
- Support TCU SMEs in establishing the priority digital and automation solutions to enhance equipment performance and optimize conversion costs.
- Establish and drive network with markets and factory experts to promote benchmark and drive common initiatives.
- Feed in enhanced technology pipeline, training modules and digital solutions catalogue
- Participate in engineering expertise network within the R&D in order to drive fast innovation scale up.
- Have deep insight of the processes, and continuously strive for the improvement of quality, safety or efficiency while protecting the technological know-how and competitive advantage.
- Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed for the MES-E&A teams.
- Support organization of training / courses for NPTC, Zones/markets and factories
- Provide Technical Assistance to enhance expertise and competences.
- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation and process control, man/machine interfaces, communication, computer hardware etc.
- Analytical skills in Problem Solving.
- IT knowledge
- Knowledge of food safety
- Hygienic engineering / Nestlé Quality System.
- TPM principles is a big plus.
- Good level in English
