  • Analyze customer requirements, considering technical and commercial complexities
  • Evaluate costs and risks, prepare costed proposals, and ensure profitability
  • Design processes and define technical and financial aspects of offers, adapting them as needed
  • Develop ABB’s technical proposals, prepare commercial documentation, and support risk assessments
  • Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to consolidate offers
  • Support sales teams during offer presentations and customer negotiations
  • Maintain strong relationships with Product Groups and Global Solutions Centers (GSCs)
  • Conduct post-bid analysis (RETEX) and share insights with internal teams
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and provide support during project execution
What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Automation
  • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector or with equipment manufacturers
  • Knowledge in cost analysis, risk assessment, technical-commercial offer development, and customer negotiation
  • A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English
