- Design and develop new products based on marketing requirements
- Manage projects through all NPD phases until production start
- Create and maintain technical documentation: drawings, specs, BOMs, test reports
- Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing
- Validate prototypes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Lead project planning: schedules, issue logs, action plans, and reviews
- Support Sales & Marketing with samples, meetings, and product presentations
- Handle design updates using tools like SAP, Windchill, and Precision
- Adapt designs to meet cost and margin targets
- Follow ISO 9001 processes across all activities
- Background or relevant experience working with textile industry, engineering, manufacturing
- Engineering degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated experience in product design and development
- Demonstrated expereince in manufacturing, preferrably in international settings
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working in international environments
- Passion for outdoor activities and product testing
- Ability to support Sales & Marketing as a technical expert
