
Client Relationship Manager

- Configure business cases and confirm integration flow
- Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partners relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
- Continuously build your client portfolio
- Reach out to existing clients on a monthly/quarterly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposes
- Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
- Operate independently on a day-to-day basis
- BS degree in business administration or related field
- Successful previous experience in client account or relationship management
- High emotional intelligence
- Independent thinking and self-starting
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all company levels (from technical personnel to management)
- Formal presentation and negotiation skills
- Great organizational skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Fluency in French, English (mandatory) + other languages (Spanish, Polish, German) is a plus
