
Global Manufacturing Engineer (F/H)

- Develop, standardize, and implement global manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency across regional sites.
- Lead process capability studies, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to improve product quality and yield.
- Partner with R&D, Product Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth new product introductions (NPI) into global factories.
- Identify and deploy automation, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve efficiency.
- Lead global continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to reduce waste, cycle time, and costs.
- Provide technical leadership and training to regional manufacturing engineers and site-level teams.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to optimize material flow, logistics, and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Support global capacity expansion and footprint strategy by designing scalable, flexible production lines.
- Act as a liaison between sites to share best practices and benchmark performance.
- Bachelor's degree at an accredited institution in engineering (preferably mechanical or operations)
- Minimum 5 years operations experience required
- Project management experience as supporting role
- Proficient in Danfoss quality and manufacturing tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, CN, and FMEA)
- SAP knowledge
- Project management experience as lead
- Inspection and testing equipment knowledge and experience.
- Excellent attendance in accordance to Danfoss policies
- Good time management skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Organized and a team player able to interact with employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to promote and uphold the plant's Quality Policy.
