- New Business Contribution (Support business development through targeted marketing initiatives; Identify and act on market opportunities using data insights and customer feedback; Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with commercial goals).
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting (Track KPIs and campaign ROI across channels; Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations).
- Omnichannel Marketing Strategy (Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partner channels; Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoint; Align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches).
- CRM & Database Management (Own and manage Salesforce CRM for Material Handling; Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and integration with marketing automation; Analyze customer and campaign data to inform strategy and optimize performance).
- Budget Management (Develop and manage the marketing budget for Material Handling; Monitor spend, ensure cost-effectiveness, and report on ROI; Align budget allocation with strategic priorities and campaign performance).
- Agency & Partner Coordination (Manage relationships with external lead generation and marketing agencies; Oversee briefing, execution, and performance tracking of outsourced campaigns; Ensure agency outputs align with brand standards and strategic priorities).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, and / or Product.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or material handling sectors.
- Strong expertise in CRM, google analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Experience managing external agencies and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
